Parcel not Delivered

A parcel was delivered to me by my friend through proffessional corrier Dindugul Tamilnadu at the address Vigilance office Indira market, JABALPUR (M.P.) on dated 17.03.2009 and he informed me on the phone three days later I confirmed from the parcel has come to the your office at Malviya Chawk/JABLPUR and the sent it to the person who delivers the parcel named Deepak, this information was given to me on 21.03.09 after that I am conteneously chassing at your office but every time they says that we are confirming. I could not get my oarcl till date.

Now i think that it would be better to get it through any govt. agency /speed post.
