Dear Sir,

Our supplier M/s. Ark diagnostics Pvt Ltd has booked a consignment (Parcel) by your DOCKET NO; BLR 366111904. On enquiry we have been informed that this number parcel has not received in chennai. When we spoke with our supplier they are telling that the Bangalore office spoken to chennai office and it seems that it willbe delivery by 4.30pm today. Kindly let us know where the parcel is lying.
