Customer CAF is already been uploaded in all system and we are creating a case for GSK not activation. now same case is closed with closure remarks (As per the confirmation received from PhoneGen, GSK is not allowed on Active Prepaid of different circle (GSK MDN SDCA AND TARGET RSN SDCA NOT MATCH), No Alt Number Provided. Hence case closed. )
as per the closure we have change the customer's r sim but still customer is unable to otaf his GSK due to error.
