Not giving benifit of two A-LA-Carte under Scheme ZRZR

Dear Sir,

I have DTH TV conection with dishTV .My V.C. No. VC 01504323554.

I have recharge my connection on 20th Dec with an Amount Rs.800.00 to get benifite of DishTV's scheme ZRZR in which they are giving benifit of two more A-LA-Carte so after recharging on 21 Dec. I have Made request to Dish TV Customer Care to activate two a-la-carte 1. UTV & 2. Gujarat Navratan. But dishTV customer care executive have activated only One a-la-carte gujarati navratn only & he forgot to activate my frist choise. As this mistake is from dishtv side so they have to rectify it. But they are not accepting & they are asking me gate activated UTV a-la-carte by charging Rs.28.00. This is really unjustc & cheating with customer. I have Contineusly longe complaint to dish tv customer care by e-mail on 21 Dec, 22 Dec, 23 Dec, 24 Dec, 25 Dec, 27 Dec & on 4th Jan. I have ask contect Ph. No of their Higher authority but they are now not responding. this type of cheating is going on in dish TV. So please do something to give justic to me & oblidge. You have assure to responce on complain dated 22, Dec on activation of two a-la-carte in ZRZR scheme to me within 24 hours. But after 48 hours till today I have not got responce. On 25, Dec At 8.30 am your custumorecare executive Mr. Sanjive have talked to me & assurede that he will respond with in an hour but till date Ihave not got responce,

on Dec, 21 I requested to your customer care exicutive Ms./Mrs. Manisha to activate two free a-la-carte at one stroke & she assured that these two a-la-carte will activated within 15min to 4 hours. but we found that only one a-la-carte E-TV Gujarati Navratan is activated & other U TV is not activated wchich I have selected frist. So we have made complaint to you, Now please clear who is responcible? we or your customer care executive who forgate to activate? It is very clear that mistake is from your side & you have to rectify it on activation of my frist choise i.e. U TV a-la-carte with Navratan Gujarati a-la-carte. But in reply every time your customer care executives are saying that i have not ask to activate two free A-la-Carte at one stroke it is not true because they are laying to protect each other beacause I have no proof to prove my truth & what ever recording which you are having can be mannupulated.

Moreover it logic of activation of two free a-la-carte at one stroke in ZRZR schem is not understood. When dishtv have lonch ZRZR schem for two free a-la-carte than it will not make any difference to dishtv if customer gate activate two free a-la-carte one by one at two different date with in 15days time.

If you are not doing this or you are not authorise to rectft this mistake than please give Phone No. or Mobile No. of your Higher Authority. because activation powers are only with you & your customer care Executives and if they forgate to follow our information than it is not our mistake. After this clearifiaction if you are not giving benifit of two a-la-carte than it is clear that this is purely cheating with customer & we are force to go to consumer court. I think this is not serious problem that you can not rectfy it.
