In may i got my paln migrated from 799-256kpbs to 799-1mpbs, And i was communicated by the retension dept. and she had clearly specified that the plan is unlimited.
fOR THE 1ST 2 MONTHS THE BILL NEVER EXCECCED MORE THAN 1000RS, All of a sudden the bill came for Rs.3630.00, And post many requests a executive came to our office and said that we have to bear the bill and clear else they 'll disconnect,
On 29/09 saturday at4.30pm AIrtel Disconnected the Broadband, after n number of requests airtel said please pay the bill and we'll release it right away but the Bill i recd said due date on 07/09., that was one of the worst position i have ever faced. And on monday again, the same thing happened, this time airtel suspended both Broadband and land due to non payment, when i called up the call center they said you have amother o/s of Rs.4615.00, please pay the same else we cannot activate the same.
Please assist with what action i can take on such harresment
