We M/s PARTH ELECTRONICS basically mfg. of Servo stabilizers, Transformers, Variacs.etc... since 1986 based at Ahmedabad have drawn SME Loan from INDIABULLS... before 2 yrs... Upto Sep 08 we have deposited 8-10 installments regularly... but due to some exisiting complications in our works, we are not able to pay the regular installments upto next 6 months, so we requested to indiabulls to allow us just to pay the loan interest regularly per month... upto 6 months... But instead of that they are using very harsh methods to recover their money... And they are forcing us by his recovery officers to pay the balance installments by anyway... within regular time of this current month. If we faikl to do so, he will do anything with me...
So this situation i cant describe more in mail. so pls guide me what to do now...
