NOT ACCEPTING FOR REPAIR

With ref. to the above complaint, I had purchase Passion DVD player and Korya Speakers (Home System) from Big Bazar at Bhayander Maxes Mall on 16.08.2009 for Rs. 3000/- under 6 month warranty period. At the time of purchases they have committed that if there is any problems, please come to us at Big Bazar (Bhy) no need to go any where else we will solve your problem.

After 5 to 6 days of purchased DVD Player it started problem i.e (when we insert DVD in player, message displayed "NO DISC").

My wife took DVD Player to Big Bazar (Bhy) where they reply that we are not doing repairing, take it to Kandivali Service Center, as they have committed at the time of purchase that if there is any problem please bring to us, now they are not working on the committment what they had done nor they are talking properly to my wife.

PLEASE REPLY!!! NOW WHAT I CAN DO FOR THIS PROBLEM, CAN CONSUMER COURT WILL HELP ME FROM THIS.
