Delay in Passport

I have submitted my application to DM Passport Office on 25.07.09. Till date the intenet is showing wrong information or Information not available. I need the passport. But I do not know what is the status of my application. But on net I found that Ghaziabad Passport office have some problem. Kindly review all the staff of this office, they donot even pick the phones which they have given on net. Is this a customer service. Such 3rd grade department. My previous passport was issued from Delhi. I have not face a problem like this and I got my passport within a month.
