I have applied for a fresh pass port on 12-5 with the following details

There after until 12-9 there is no response regarding my application. As such again I have submitted a fresh PPA on 12-9 then on 23-9 police verification completed at my residence. On further verification we came to know that the reference no of the special branch wide

OUTWARD NO: 3255
SERIAL NO: 05
DATE OF DISPATCH: 25-10
There fore am requesting you to dispatch my fresh passport as early as possible as already there is a sufficient unnecessary delay due to the departmental negligence.
