Delay in passport

I have applied for Name Correction in my passport to Ghaziabad passport office as the same was issued from there.

File Reference Number: GZB-M006635-08

Applicant's Name: ANUP KHANDEWAL

Application Date : 04-12

But till date I haven't got the same. So, can you please help me out in getting the same at the earliest as I have to travel, I need this in urgent as I have to apply immediately for VISA.

Please help me in getting this problem resolved at the earliest.
