Delay in executing passport service

I have applied miscellaneous passport service for splitting of name on Mar 06 vide file number HYD M004932 2009. i have been given an SLA of 15 days. i havent received it till now i.e. Apr 14.

i need explanation from PIO/RPO now. Anyways i am going to file RTI.
