Issue of passports of my children

Dear sir

i had applied for the passport of three children namely

syed muzammil date of birth 19-05 (file no Z 501473)

syed humara date of birth 01-06 (file no Z 501474

saeeda nabeela date of birth 14-12-1996 (file no Z 501475)

i personaly submitted ANNEXURE H and still the issue of the passport is pending .pls do the needful in this matter.
