Respected Sir,
I am Vivek Kumar Agarwal, applied for the regular passport last year in March. I have submited all the documents and all the verification was completed. But at last stage it was showing my name got changed with documents so I had to produced two copies of paper cutting and an affidavit but I didnt want to change myname I want to put the same name as it was in my mark sheet. I wrote several complaints in this regards to pass port deptt.they replied also but no action have been taken yet. I went to pass port office but they were not entertaining me. I went to agent and they were asking for good amount of money. I was ready to gave them but it was not gauranteed whether it will do or not.
Kindly help me and do the needful.
