Sub: Delay in Issue of Passport

I have applied the passport of my Sister-in-Law dated on 05-09 with File Reference Number: HYD-Z055020-09.

When i check the status in the given below site, I was surprised that the passport delivery expected date was on 26-10 but in Vain (Where the site is daily updated).

* So I Kindly request you to look into the matter and close it ASAP, or else i will take up this issue to media, court and higher authorities.
