Non-Issue of Passport

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that the passport was applied in Oct'08.The Police verification & other formalities have also been completed. Even as desired the photo of required dimension wee submitted as soon as the letter was received. But the passport have not been received till date. In the status enquiry the same issue of submitting have been shown inspite of submitting the photographs. Kindly follow up the matter to get the passport as early as possible.
