Myself Shiv Sagar Choubey s/o Achhaiber Nath Choubey from Ballia. I have applied for passport on 11 September as per the joining requirement of company (file no-LKOA17704108). The enquiry went to my home and the number given is 6719 of SP office. The officer who came to my home told me that he has approved my passport. Then I gave a reminder in Lucknow Office but still not received any details about passport. Till now I didn't got any information from passport office about the atatus of my passport. So I request you to grant me my passport and if my passport has been sent please reply to me on what means it has been delivered... please look into this matter as it is a previledge and very important to have passport
