How do is collect my passport

Sir, i had submit my application from to kolkata office file no is CALA05489907 group: A . I am working in Nadia and i m asked to bring bonified certificate and deposit penalty fees of Rs 500/-.

So in this case kolkatta is too far for me, can u please sugges me the prosier to collect my same passport from Noida or Delhi offices.

OR

If you kindly suggest me weather it is possible or not.
