Passport Issue Delay

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that my passport was applied in December’07, but until now I have not received passport.

Last time when I enquired in the Cochin Office (25.04.08), they said my police verification file has missed and they have requested for another one.

My application number B10128607 and application date 12/12/07. All applications before and after are already delivered.
