Passport for my Kid

Dear Bala Bhaskar,

I have applied for my kid's passport with the file # W630153. Police verification is also done. When I check the status of the passport on Website, it shows, Due to some unavoidable circumstance dispatch of the passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in week's time". But I am seeing the same status since three weeks. Can you please let me know the status. Also please let me know if there is any thing pending from my side.
