SUB: REGARDING PASSPORT DELAY

My name is MOTATI GANGI REDDY had applied for passport 21-5
With file number Z604839 at my district (PRAKASAM) SP office. On the same day my Wife MOTATI LAKSHMI also applied for passport with file no Z604840. She got passport on 29-6. Thanks for this passport.
Mean while I got a letter form your office regarding submitting of address proof and date of birth again .for that letter I responded and send the documents on 13-02 through register post with register post letter no 7742. But still I did not get the passport. I had a travel plan on AUGUEST 10. Please see in to this matter and kindly send my Passport as early as possible.
