Printing mistake in the Passport

Sir,

There is a printing mistake in my passport. My permanent address printed on the passport is-

K 128/24 Govind ji nayak lane Varanasi-221001

insted of

K 28/24 Govind ji nayak lane Varanasi-221001

So, please kindly guide me what should I do to make the corrponding correction.
