I have been using aircel network for more than 3 years... i was complainig about various problems that i have faced very often to aircel customer care, but they are not providing me the remedy or proper solution.
complaint number 1) Recently i have lost 30 Rs talk value for dialer tunes because of the wrong guidance of customer care people to whom i spoken on 16.2.2009 at around 6.30 p.m. i was charged Rs.30 for Dialer tunes on 18.2. but dialer tune is deactivated on that evening itself..
I have another complaint too. 2) when i try to call a particular kerala number, most of the time i hear another cross talk and i have been losing balance manytimes. i have informed and complaint about this to customer care, but i am not satisfied. For the sake of other peoples who may be awarenessless, or illeterate please take action... my complaint not only representing myself but also many unkown people. So please take action against this... Thank you...
