Dear sir,
I have been calling customer care n complaining about my problem with receiving messages from Malaysia to my new aircel number.
i have called more than 10 times and i always get the answer that " there's no problem exist in my profile" but i do changed my handphones and checked all the necessary settings incl service num... reply via same centre... everyth is rite but i cant able to figure out why am i not receving message from malaysia.
and i have this problem for three months but still its not solved.
Please take some necessary action to the earliest
