I have been under severe strees due to interruption in service to other network users. during evening the service is totally neglected to AIRTEL customers. it was prolonged for a period of 20 days .if we complain the customer care, they are registering it, but no action was taken yet.the complaint number was given by them as follows,

the first complaint was given before 10 days. No rectification process have been done by the company.we are awaiting a positive reply to be taken to this letter. please do the needful as early as possible.
