Regarding Missed Call Active (MCA)

I am from Orissa. I am using a aircell prepaid mobile..I has been activate MCA service on 27/03 for mobile no-9658116949.But i am not receive any MCA last 7 days. I lodged complain on 30/03.When i call coustemer care representative told me wait for 24 hrs, after 24 hrs again i call aircel coustemer care, then one representative tell me wait for 7 days ..! Still now MCA service not working for my number.
