Non receipt of Passport
I applied passport on 17.12.2008 vide Receipt No. A-149692 at Patna. Delay in police verification, twice I was asked to PP form again which I did and ultimately police verification conducted in the last week of June. The OK police verification was passed on the Passport office vide despatch No. EF 916956337IN on 11.7.2009. Till this date, I have not received my passport. This is most unfortunate.
