Mistake in passport

I am kulwinder i received my mother's passport on 6 july when we saw it there was a mistake in village name like kokhanwali but correct name is kakhanwali. Her passport no is H 5354751 my mother's name is gurdial kaur so i request you plz tell how can i correct it which type of formalties i can do plz tell me as soon as possible Thanks for it
