I have applied for a new passport on 05th Dec'08 in Post Office (Chikodi). The police verification had to be done & my file is been dispatched form the SP office of Belgaum on 02 feb 09. But, now its more than 10 times i visited the passport office in banglore but the reply was same that it is under process & they have not yet received the police verification report, which is dispatched before 15 days.
As I need the passport urgently, boz my employer has given only 8 days to submit my passport. I request, kindly let me know some way to get any update regarding my passport status so I can follow up for the same with the authorities.
