I Rohit Thapliyal, working in Bharat Electronics Ltd (Ministry of Defence) as a Scientist applied for passport in bareilly office on 8th Feb. Last year due to exams in my college NIT Hamirpur (H.P.) I could not make my presence at the time of Police enquiry in my home in Dehradun. I supplied my address proof both of my home as well as of my college. The bareilly office rejected my passport application and sent a letter asking to again apply with a fresh application and all details furnished along with Rs. 500 as a fine which i rightly followed and did so.
There is no intimation whatsoever from the bareilly office now. I enquired in Hamirpur Police station LIU also. And found that no case of my application has been ever sent by bareilly passport office till date to the Hamirpur (H.P.) LIU. Its been a year and i am still without my passport even after applying two times and with no information whatsoever from their side.
Please Help me on this.
