Delay in Passport Delivery of my Son

My son, Rayyan Naeem Akhter's passport, dated on 14-May, File # C002084-08, is not yet dispacthed. I am checking status in website, getting the same status " It is regret that due to... the dispacth has been delayed... dispatched within a week". This status is showing the same since lasty 2 weeks that will be dispatched within weeek.

So kindly let me know the expected time of delivery.
