Missing documents in Bhopal office

Dear Sir,

I, Shakuntla Singh, applied for passport application in Nov via File Reference No W475001. There were some objections raised against my application and I had submitted those documents on 23rd Jun. Since then, i am not seen any update in the website.

I have dropped couples of mails and phoned to them but in vain. I also sent my brother to Bhopal office to find out the exact status wherein he was told that I have not submitted any documents.

Need your suggestion for future course of action.
