Status of appplication is not taking my file refrence numbe

Dear sir/ mam

i' m arti dubey i filled passport application online and submitted the form on 01/ 10 . my file refrnce number is BPLI02681309 with completed documents, while checking the status of appplication on the site its not showing anything. plz help me out how do i get to know the satus of my application. i'll be grateful to authorities for their consideration on my complaint and will help me out
