Delayed in getting passport

Respected sir,

I had applied for a new passport of my brother. Before some days he had got a letter that they had not got his birth proof. So I have post his mark sheet along with his letter & the letter was received by them on 16th august. But till now the application status of my brother remains unchanged

so pleade kindly look into my metter & send my passport as early as possible
