Not getting information of my Passport

Dear Sir/Madam,

Complaint

Till Date I do not received any information of my applied Passport dated on 4-Dec 08 today i went to Mini Court in Gurgaon but they also did not get any information about my Passport I request you to let me know the status of mt Passport of my given below detail:-

its almost left three months for applied it.

File Reference Number: DLH-Z163073-08 Application Date : 04-12

Applicant's Name: SHALINI SHARMA Applicant's Date of Birth : 18-06-1981

After checking status of my Passport t showing

STATUS :

Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day except Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m

But from last two weeks i tried callling on following numbers but nobady pick up landline phones

so please tell me the right way to talk to you and reach u?

Many times i sent mail to [email protected] E-Mail ID but not getting any response they are not ready to revert back of my Mails
