Hi,
My mother's name in my passport was incorrect, so had to go to the passport office for correction. I paid Rs. 1000/- for the correction without any fault of mine. I was told the passport would be sent to me within 15days, but received it only after 45 days and with my mother's name without any correction done. Kindly advice what I need to do in such a situation. Do I need to pay again for the correction for no fault of mine? Do I need to run around again to the passport office for no fault of mine?
