Hi,
My name is Kapil Kumar Jain and I have applied for the renewal of the passport in dec. However, my passport is still not renewed. My file number is Z012077. In the status it is mentioned that "Your name on application differs from documents/earlier passport furnished; pls. clarify and also furnish your name in full expanded form."
I have submitted the documents twice and it is also mentioned that "Please contact PRO/Superintendent on any working day except Wednesday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m". The enquiry was done on 14/05 and the file number for that is 1893912.
I tried to contact the passport office in bhikaji cama place but they are not confirming anything.
I request you to look into the matter asap as I need the passport renewal on urgent basis as I have already postponed my plan earlier as well.
I hope that you will look on the matter and passport is renewed as soon as possible.
