Non receipt of passport despatched more than a month ago

The passport of my daughter, which was submitted on 2nd January is stated to be despatched on 02-07-10 as per the status on the passport website. However even after one month the passport has not yet been received. Kindly arrange to look into the matter and solve the grievance at the earliest.
