I'm working as a datasbase admin@Tirupur. Got aircel post paid connection two months before. Past two month i paid the bill correct without credit limit. But last monday morning Aircel cellcity executive called me & told hv 3765 ruppes in billing amount to current date. I askd to her how it's possible then she verify my past billing amounts n told call back. After 1hour i called to Aircel postpaid customercare that people also told some updations are going under so cant count my amount. But after 35 mins my outgoing is bared. On that day i met one accident toooo bt i cant convey to my off & home coz this stupid mobile. After three hours my colligue called to cusmorecare n ask they told hving 305 only ie..last billing amount. Really i hetic this type of activities. After we asked aircel cellcity they told hw it possible dont know that time too my outgoing option is not activate. After 5 pm i called againg tocustomer care n they told within 1 hr will be activate bt not. Again my father calld from my home & ask why you do like this. Then they request n tld wtin 30 mins it''ll be activate. So 8 pm onlyi got my o/g option. Really that day i hate this Aicel because of this indecent bahaviour N marketing this people told 50 lakhs subscribers we hving but this type of acitivite will follow means Aircel will go town from their peak.
