Passport delay

Respected Madam/Sir,

I have applied for passport on 22.02.2008.After the clearance of police verification, a letter dated 1.5.2008 which I have received on 17.06.2008 from Chennai passport office EAP I with recent photo. Accordingly I have submitted the necessary documents by speed post on 15.07.2008 . The speed post register no is E7504284160IN . But so far I have neither received the passport nor any communication from Chennai passport office. I as need the passport immediately and more than 345 days have been over since my application, I request you kindly issue the passport immediately without any further delay.
