Not connect Internet ON my PC @ Not Sending SMS

Respected Sir,

I purchased an Aircel Sim of "gupshup pack" having Number 9857323677 on 7th day of this month.

I Recharged with Rs. 98/- for the use of Internet on my PC. The Internet is working properly In my Cell, But The Internet is not working in my PC. At the time of connecting Internet with Pc, My cell shows me an error of "Subscribe to Packet Data First".

I have another problem with my aircel Number of sending sms, I have 100 free sms in my gupshup pack at the time of purchase, But the SMSs are could not be sent to anyone.

So, Please sir help me for solve these problems
