Passport Office Delhi
Delay in passport

I applied for the passport on January 24. My application number

is 011-W660082-09.

The police verification was done and ws clear.

Later on, I received a letter and the online application status was also updated which said to submit EAP1 form along with Delhi address proof of last 1 year. I have

submitted the EAP 1 Form along with Delhi address proof of last 1 year

again in the last week of April. I submitted the requested docs in the drop box at RK Purm PO.

After that, I talked to the office on phone, sent several emails but there is no response and I have not received my passport till date.

Please help me if you can. File no W660082

When I checked the status online, I noticed that my

name is incorrectly reflected. My actual name (As mentioned in the

form) is Md Faheem or it can be written as Mohammed Faheem. Howerver, it is listed as M D (The space between M

& D should not be there) FAHEM (It should be FAHEEM) in my applicatio

n status online.

I request you to correct the name as per my application to reflect

correctly as MD FAHEEM or MOHAMMED FAHEEM while processing my passport.
