Wrong date of birth in passport

I was issued a passport no. H2957225 on 22/01 valid upto 21/01.The file no. is DLHA04386308. The date of birth mentioned on the passport is 09/03/1963 whereas the actual date of birth is 09/03/1968. The birth certificate with the correct date of birth was submitted along with the other passport documents. Kindly advise the procedure for rectification of the date of birth.
