Status not changed even report have been already sent

My self RAhul haldiya..

I applied for fresh passport at 6th march..

My file no is JPRA009658-09

my current Application stutus is "police report has not been received"...

but according to my home town police station ..they already dispetch my police report on 19th april... and dispetch no is1816

Sir i request to u that i need my passport as soon as possible.. so dear sir plz consider me complaint and take a valuable desicion for my future sake... and do inquiry for this file no "JPRA009658-09" ..
