Passport office, patna
Delay in issying Passport

Dear Sir,

My sister had applied for her Passport on 04-April at Passport Office, Patna. Her File Reference Number is: A041890-08. The police verification for the same was done in May. I checked on the site for the current status and it says "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 02-08. Subject to all documents being in order. "

I am not sure why will it take so much time to issue the passport after Police Verification.
