Sir/Madam,
Your attention is invited to a serious lapse by the Ranchi passport office regarding my passport issued on 26/08 in which the name of my wife has not been entered despite all details given in the application form alongwith the Marriage certificate issued by the Office Of The Muslim Marriage Registrar & Quazi, Patna. It seems a serious error for which I have to pass through an uncalled harassment.
It is therefore requested that the rectification should immediately be done by the Passport Office, Ranchi without any monetary bearing on me.
