I submitted my passport to Regional Passport Office, Guwahati for revarification call which was acknowledged by file number M 000732 dated 20th Feb.

But till today I haven't received my renewed passport from your end for which I am facing toubles. You are requested to take immediate action regarding this.

An early action in this matter is highly appreciated.
