Patna railways
My staff has amonthly pass and tte made fine???

Dear Sir

I have to say that my name is rajnish prashar and i have small business in patna . i have one staff who"s name is Santosh kumar s/o shri shyamnandan paswan. he reside at bihta village . he has monthly railway pass for up and down given by bihta station . one day he is on the way he reached patna station (21.08.09) the tte of patna station grab him and asked for money but he has no money and he said dat i have pass but the tte lock him patna station and fine him 1220 . then he realse from there but the tte gives him money reciept of 752/= only . i have a complain for that how can tte fine him if he has a monthly pass that given by indian railways its very strange thing . i have attached monthly pass and the money receipt of fine
