Worst and Poor service

Dear All,

Pattammal Gas Agency West Tambaram undergoing a very poor and worst service on customers. No one can easily book cylinders by phone easliy. And the same time they did not give response and respect to customers even they go to their office in person. Please inform me any one have the address to give complaint on them. They take around 15 days to deliver a cylinder. Peoples like me having one cylinder how can survive?

If any body know how to take action on them please mail me.
