Aircel has unnecesary subscribed me for the caller tune services and deducted my balance. I have not even pressed the * key then also due to their own technical fault they deducted my balance. This has caused me very inconveniency as my balance was deducted and I was not in a position to make a very urgent and a very important out going international call as after the deduction my balance became low. which caused me a great trouble. The company should not do such sorts of activity and give trouble to the customers. The company's technical system is very bad and faulty and the company is charging unnecessary for that its the company's faulty system and not the customers.
