I took a new aircel connection a month ago especially to speaK to my fiancee, after 15 days i faced a very strange problem, i could NOT call to my fiance number only, to other service providers & other aircel numberS i was able to call them, when i lodged a complaint at customer care they took 30hrs to rectify it, but when i asked what the problem was they couldnt explain things to me, even now i am facing the same problem, whenever i try their customer care number i never get line, no one responds, the line keeps on ringing, ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
